Prices and information
All the prices listed are inclusive of VAT and subject to obvious programming and typing errors. We are not liable for (colour) variations due to screen quality. The prices are exclusive of shipping costs. If any shipping costs are charged, this will be stated clearly and well before the agreement is concluded.
Performance of the agreement
Well before the agreement is concluded, information will be posted on the website which clearly describes the manner in which and the term within which the order will be delivered. Orders will in any case be delivered within 30 days. If certain goods cannot be delivered (on time), you will be informed of that. In such case, you can either agree to the new delivery date or the alternative offered, or terminate the agreement free of charge. We reserve the right not to deliver to specific locations or specific areas, should the transport need to go by sea, thereby incurring considerable transport costs.
Information on the Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 90 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire:
- in the case of a sales contract – after 90 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods; or
- in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately – after 90 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

You can declare your withdrawal in one of the following ways:
Via our online service portal

By submitting your withdrawal through the service portal, you do not need to upload or send the withdrawal form separately. Your registration in the portal constitutes the official exercise of your right of withdrawal. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
Via our online form
You can also submit your withdrawal via our online form for withdrawing from your purchase. Enter your details and order number and submit the form. Once we have received your form, we will contact you as soon as possible regarding the next steps.
By another unequivocal statement
For example, a letter sent by post or e-mail. You may use our attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. Returns may only be sent or delivered to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned to us by post (freight-forwarded goods), the direct return costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately € 5,00 per item.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Payment
The payment must be made using the payment method specified during the order process and – where applicable – on the website. If you fail to meet the payment obligation, we will inform you of this and allow you another 14 days to meet the payment obligation. If you fail to pay within this 14-day term, you will owe statutory interest on the amount owed and we will be entitled to charge any extrajudicial collection costs incurred to you.
A consolidated account of FittinQ B.V. (CoC 17208874, Smaragdweg 52, 5527 LB Hapert) is used for the collection of the payments.
Guarantee and conformity
When ordering from us, you are entitled to the statutory guarantee. We warrant that the goods meet the indicated specifications and the quality requirements that you may expect.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please inform us as soon as possible (see the contact details above). We will handle your complaint as soon as possible, and you will receive a substantive reply within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it to a nationally recognized ADR body (Alternative Dispute Resolution). You can find the appropriate body via the EU portal Consumer Redress in the EU, where you can also find advice and assistance.
Final provisions
The agreement is subject to Dutch law. This choice of law is without prejudice to the protection you have pursuant to mandatory law in your residence. Insofar as mandatory law does not stipulate otherwise, any disputes ensuing from the agreement with you will be submitted to the competent Dutch court in the district in which we have our registered office.
