As a special service, we offer our customers an extended withdrawal period of 90 days!
The withdrawal period is 90 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the contractual carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lamp en Licht Online B.V., Smaragdweg 52, 5527 LB Hapert, Netherlands, [email protected], +353 1233 21 35 ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose. Alternatively, you can notify us of your withdrawal by email or by post. If you choose this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).

Returns must be made in the original packaging or in other suitable packaging.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to private customers. Orders placed by businesses are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

For both private and business customers, the following applies: for all products in our shop, the statutory warranty against defects of title applies.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. Returns may only be sent or delivered to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned to us by post (freight-forwarded goods), the direct return costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately € 5,00 per item.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
