How can I return an item(s)?

Not entirely happy with your ordered product? No problem, you can always return your order to After receiving your order, you have 30 days to register your article for returning. This is easily done on our returns portal.

Should you want to return an article, make sure it is in its original condition and packaging (as far as possible) for returning to us.



Only your order number and e-mail address is required for registering your return. You then select the items that may be returned and a shipping label will be immediately sent to your email address. With this label you can return your package via a UPS point.

For returning your package, a fee of € 5,00 per package will be charged. This cost is automatically deducted from the return amount after registering your return. Find out more about our sustainable returns policy and why you must pay return postal costs.


Is there a problem with your order?

If a product is delivered incorrectly, or is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service. We would like to receive a photo and or a description of the damage or defect. If there is a defective or damaged product, we will reimburse the shipping costs. Send your return to our warehouse at Smaragdweg 52, 5527 LB Hapert, The Netherlands.
