How can I return an item(s)?

 Are you less than fully satisfied with your product? No problem; you can always return your products to Please contact our customer services department to inform us of your return within 30 days of receiving your complete order. Have your customer number and order number to hand so we can process your return quickly!

Once your return is created, you will receive a pre-paid return label(s) to print and stick on the returning package. You can schedule collection with Parcel Force via GLS. Information as to how to schedule collection is in the body of the email in which the return label will be attached to. If you do not want to use this method, you will have to pay the return costs yourself.

Should you like to return a product, please ensure that you send it back to us in the original condition and packaging, as far as is reasonably possible.
