How can I return an item(s)?

Do you wish to return your order either partially or fully? No problem, you have 30 days free returns from the day you accept delivery of your goods. To request a return please contact customer support team either by phone or email and have your order number to hand so we can process your return quickly and efficiently.

Once your return is submitted, you will receive a pre-paid return label/s to print and stick on the original box/s you received your order in. Kindly ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging unless the returning item is damaged or defective. We've made scheduling a collection simple, this is directly done with UPS on their website and the page link is included in the return submitted email sent to you by the customer support team.

Please note, if you do not return your order within the time frame your pre-paid return label was generated, or you return an item/s back to us by not requesting a return, we will not be responsible for postal charges or delayed refunds.
